Thank You For Supporting Our 2024 Holiday Soiree!

Our Holiday Soiree was a fabulous success! With nearly 300 attendees, we set a record-breaking turnout and achieved an all-time fundraising high, raising $217,000 — a 40% increase year-over-year to support Bay Area women on their path to economic independence. These generous funds makes it possible for Dress for Success San Francisco to provide career clothing, coaching, core skills, and community (free of charge) to women throughout the Bay Area.

Guests shopped exclusive fashion finds (over 2,000 items!), sipped festive cocktails and boozy hot chocolate, and enjoyed gourmet bites — all in a chic holiday setting, celebrating style and giving back.

We were moved by our client speaker Funmi, who shared her journey, saying, “Dress For Success renewed my confidence and gave me hope to keep trying, learning, and dreaming, no matter what life throws my way.”

Thanks to your support in 2024, we achieved incredible milestones: over 1,200 women received clothing, coaching, and community support — a 47% YOY increase. More than 65% of Career Wardrobe clients secured employment, and 98% would recommend our programs. This year also marked the debut of our Spanish-language Job Search Cohort, with 36 graduates.
