Join us in welcoming our newest Board Members to the Dress for Success family, Diana Wolff and Roxanne Varteressian Joe!

Diana is an award-winning marketer with over 15 years of experience at Bay Area tech companies and global advertising agencies, including Reddit, Meta, BBDO, and Dentsu, specializing in brand and industry marketing and developing strategic social and digital initiatives. Diana’s passion for women’s empowerment led her to join Dress for Success, initially as a volunteer, and she is now honored to be appointed to the board of directors.

Committed to fostering future leaders, she also mentors young marketers with a focus on increasing the representation of women in tech leadership roles. Diana resides in San Francisco with her partner, where they love traveling, cooking, exploring new restaurants, and appreciating the beautiful Bay Area they proudly call home.

Roxanne is currently the Director of Retailer Marketing at Instacart, and has more than 20 years of experience in her field across other best-in-class organizations like Samsonite, CVS/Health and PayPal.  She specializes in strategic planning, content development, cross-functional team leadership and partnerships.  She splits her time between Willow Glen and Napa with her husband Stephan and their two rescue cats Woody and Ernie.

Roxanne began volunteering with Dress for Success in 2015, and joined the San Jose Advisory Council in 2019.  After stepping down in 2021 to take care of her health, Roxanne is thrilled to re-engage with the DFS team and continue working to serve the women of the Bay Area.
