Professional Women’s Group
The Professional Women’s Group (PWG) is our employment retention program for women who have secured employment and are seeking to enhance their careers. These monthly seminars feature guest speakers offering professional skill-building advice. Attendees are provided an opportunity to actively participate in discussions and network with peers.
Community Action Project
The Community Action Project (CAP) is a social change initiative designed to improve a critical issue or concern affecting a particular community. Each CAP is created and executed by a delegate who has excelled as a member of their local Dress for Success chapter.
With this achievement, delegates complete a leadership journey, gaining experience needed to be true social entrepreneurs. Throughout the eight-month program, delegates participate in advanced networking and emphasize the importance of helping others, just as they have been helped. By the completion of their CAP, delegates complete a milestone achievement furthering their personal and professional transformation.
