Meet the Dynamic Duo Joining Dress for Success San Francisco's Board of Directors
The Board of Directors of Dress for Success San Francisco/San Jose, a leading nonprofit employment resource providing career clothing, coaching, and community, is pleased to announce two new members.
Join us in welcoming Darlene Fong and DeLynn Senna to the Dress for Success family as we embark on a new year continuing our work to help women find meaningful employment at a livable wage.
As we continue to grow our impact in the community, these new board members bring a wealth of experience, passion, and commitment to the mission of Dress for Success.
Meet Darlene Fong, Personal and Home Stylist.
Darlene, a dedicated advocate for helping women, joins the Board after two years of dedicated volunteerism at Dress for Success San Francisco/San Jose. Darlene started working with us in the summer of 2021 and has quickly become one of our most dedicated Career Wardrobe stylists - in 2023 she had already volunteered more than 55 hours BEFORE joining the Board. Darlene is a dedicated community member with many connections throughout San Francisco. She is committed to creating positive change in the community and will be a true ambassador for Dress for Success.

Introducing DeLynn Senna, President, Global Executive Search, Robert Half
DeLynn, a veteran of talent solutions and business consulting firm Robert Half, joins Dress for Success San Francisco/San Jose with an impressive background in Executive Search and Recruiting. Her expertise and experience leading organizational growth will undoubtedly contribute to Dress for Success's strategic vision and ability to help more women. With a proven track record of Board service to Girls Inc and How Women Lead, DeLynn is poised to make a significant impact in guiding Dress for Success San Francisco toward new heights.
